Sunday Videos Part 2

There are 15 videos, First post 8 videos, Second one 7. This should be the entire panel. I might have missed some questions, but I have all of Gareth's answers and if I don't. Oh well I thought I recorded it all.

Lots of videos under here. )

Sunday was a pretty slow day, no hustle and bustle of running from line, to line. We started off with the breakfast for celebrities. They told us to mix and mingle and meet new people. We ended up sitting with two new people and then the rest of the "James Hong is awesome table" came and sat with us again. *waves* to [livejournal.com profile] babi_yami1639, [livejournal.com profile] blackbird_song, [livejournal.com profile] cowgrrl, [livejournal.com profile] stargazer60.
Laurie and I then went to the dealers room and bought a couple more things to kill sometime before the Torchwood panel. I mean we had a feeling going into the panel that it was going to be bad since it was fan run, but let me tell you RTD couldn't even come up with the crack, looney, bonkers theories this panel was discussion. So a bunch of us left.

Laurie and I decided to impulsively go down and get another photo-op because we noticed that James Hong was still there for another 10 minutes for his photo session. I'm really glad we did that because that was a great picture.

Spent time waiting for GDL's photo-op, snuck in the last couple minutes of Corin Nemec's talk, got lunch with the ladies, got Gareth's autograph again, and chilled before the auction again, where Laurie won her copy of the Shooting Scripts :-)

Somewhere in there was also The Dating Game with Captain Jack Harkness. Good idea, nice costumes, just not what was expected.
Gareth's panel on Sunday was great. Just as funny, even though he was probably a bit bored and tired as he was the second to last panel of the convention. (Just to note, yes he wore the same black hoodie two days in a row, which is why my pictures will still look the same.)
Last of the Con was John DeLancie he was great, though he talked a lot about his boat. Not my cup of tea, but it was very nice to see him really passionate about it.

Direct link to pictures, all of them minus the rambly talky bits, actually probably no rambly, since I rambled before the cut this time.

Saturday Video Clips, I'm splitting these into two posts, there are 17 videos between Gareth's panel and Mr. Nimoy's talk. One post will have 8 videos and the other will have 9.

All are embedded and you should be able to just click play for each one to watch. They are numbered in order so I'm hoping they work. They work on my FB page, and the test one I did earlier worked just fine.

Also I know these aren't the best. I was multi-tasking, by taking pictures with one hand and holding the flip cam with the other. While the video isn't the best I think the audio is pretty good.

Also note, I do not know why the 4th embed is bigger than the rest, and I think there is something funky when some script, when you use IE. But the videos should play. They have been for me.

Saturday was a bit crazy. It all started off when they blew a fuse and lost power to the room where the photo ops were taking place. But I must give them credit, they had everyone who had wanted a picture with Mr. Nimoy in and out within an hour at the most. Then [livejournal.com profile] stargazer60 and I got back in line to get our photos with Gareth. It was also sometime during this madness, we were informed that the cute guy from the elevator the day before was Corin Nemec. Oh well. Corin was totally awesome no matter what. But most of the day was lines, and pictures and lines, and an auction, panels, and dinner with the stars.

Dinner was awesome we were seated with James Hong. By far our table was having the most fun, no one else was laughing and such, but we were having a blast. James is utterly adorable and incredibly nice. So glad we got to sit with him.

After the dinner the celebrities participated in a radio play. It was hilarious, and everyone did a great job with it. (And such is life, that my main view of the play was Gareth's bum…)

This post will be pictures and babble only. Next post will be video.

New England Fan Experience 2009

Only saying this once. Not Dial Up friendly at all, it's a picspam, what would you expect?

[livejournal.com profile] stargazer60 arrived at my place on Wednesday afternoon. We went shopping for snacks and went to the awesome local diner by me for dinner. We then watched Around the World in 80 Days. John was awesome in that. We packed, checked, double-checked and made sure we had everything we needed. (Which I still forgot my hairbrush, and body wash, go figure).

Also Random note, Raxie's blog is currently being updated. She had a blast meeting Droopy, and Dianebear. Raxie's Blog

This Entry will be comprised of pictures and ramblings from the travel day Thursday and Sightseeing Friday, before the convention.
