USPS You suck sometimes

Can I just state I have a fucking IDIOT for a mailman? In the past week, I've had mail for every other 303 road in my complex and apt. 307 of my road, which is two doors from mine.

There's no snow, so it's not like the road sign is covered. But seriously, I'm waiting for my JB CD, and I fear it lost, and I refuse to pay for another one because there's no way to prove that it never arrived. I'm sure it arrived, just not my place.

I'm going to go give the post office hell tomorrow. And if they don't take me seriously, I'll be like can I have the idiots job? Cause apparently I can do it better than him.

And you know maybe if you hired people who have a clue you wouldn't be that much in debt, oh no doubt you'd still be in debt but you'd have competent people working.

So from now on, I am never having packages or anything delivered to me. They are being delivered to my parents, and that way I know the mail lady there will watch out for them. (My parents have developed a friendship with her after we rescued Piper.)

UGH.

Ick! Our mail sometimes takes forever to get here. Before this mailman who is pretty good, our mail used to come at 6 pm at night! Too late to pick up any packages at the post office if need be, the office would be closed!

Ick! The mail arrives by like 10:30 or 11:00am, but really anything with a 303 lately they've been shoving in my slot.

I thought I had the worst mail service.

Sorry about this....

It's just the past couple weeks. So I'm secretly hoping it's someone whose on vacation and covering, at least I'm getting exercise walking around the complex every evening, lol.

If it's any consolation, I haven't gotten mine yet either...and it was mailed at least a week ago...so there's still hope... *HUGS*

I hope so. I normally wouldn't be worried, but with getting everyone elses mail, it just bothers me a bit more.

I'm still going tomorrow to complain about the fact that I should not be getting other people's mail for a week.

That sucks! I know how it is- my mailman (or woman?) always sends our mail to the wrong address. One time, it was my HEALTH INSURANCE BILL (cutting it close since it comes near the end of the month & is due then too). I was pissed. We get other people's mail too. Sometimes it is the right house number but wrong street. Other times, it's just stupidity and laziness (well, it's always stupidity).

I know. GRRR. Today I had a package for someone. Thank goodness it wasn't important I don't think. He was very thankful that I delivered it to him.

I didn't think reading the address was that hard. Especially since it was a printed out label.

If it's any reassurance, mine isn't here yet either. It was mailed a week ago Saturday, and if past orders are an indication should have gotten here Friday. I think Royal Mail and USPS just like seeing us squirm. :)

Yes, it's making me feel a bit better. Because I agree like you it should have in theory been here by now.

But yes, I feel better knowing other people haven't gotten it. But it's still frustrating, because who knows if I've been getting all of my mail, you know?
